Mutti Whole Peeled Tomatoes are 100% sun-riped italian tomatoes which has rich flavor, dense texture, and bright red colour. The tomatoes have about as much water as pulp and can be cooked at high temperatures, like in ovens, or cooked for long periods. They are also perfect for a few typically Italian sauces, like an amatriciana or bolognese sauce where the tomato has to be visible and well-defined.

All tomatoes are processed during summer period, following their natural cycle, in order to ensure the best taste, color and texture.
